Its a very simple animation,  I like, meets all the reaquirements.

Similarities

9. Both Tweens use persistence of vision

Differences

1. In shape Tweens, you cam add guides to make transitions better
2. They require different processes to complete the final product
3. They have different names
4. On a motion tween, the object has to be a symbol, in a shape tween it does not
5. In shape tween objects morph, in a motion tween the objects just move

Compare and contrast Old School to Flash

In the beginning there was only one way to make a animation. At first, you would have to take a picture then take another and place them one after the other. Which gives the illusion of movement. In 1911 the movie called Little Nemo took a month to create for only about a 2 minute length. The process today takes about a day to make a 4000 frame work. The similarities between this two processes are that the same amount of skill is required to make a animation

How to create a motion tween

To create a motion tween you first must have object to make it into a motion tween. To do that you must go to your panels and click on a tool. After you've done that, draw your object with the tool you selected by clicking on your stage. Finally right click the object and make it into a Motion Tween.

When Mrs.Goeldner  told us the story of Brian and Sarah, we completely assumed that Brian had every right to the poem. Then Mrs.Goeldner busted Mr.Brian plan, and set him strait. Brian plan was to confused us and believe that the poem was his. But then the truth came out, turns out you don't need to register a poem, because it atomically is copyrighted by the Copyright Act. And your poem belongs to you even after
you die, for at least 70 years

Copyright Vocabulary

Copyright- a law giving to you as protection to any document that you have written.

Fair Use- A set of guidelines set for the copyright document.

First Sale Doctrine- Once a purchaser buys the copyrights, they can do what ever they want with it. All rights are given to the purchaser.

Intellectual Property- If you think about it, you can't claim ownership unless you make a product

Patent- A limited time offered to the original owner, to do what ever he want's with the product. If the owner wants more time he needs to ask for a renewal.

Permission- You have to ask the owner of the product to see if its ok to reproduce or reprint.

Phono records-A permission to the people that they can store it and download to a computer or music devices

Plagiarism- If you make a copy and take as your own, who just stole that persons ideas

Public domain-After your copyright expires, your product belongs to everybody

Trademark- a symbol that belongs to a company in which they put in their product

Maybe you should copyright your ideas

I think that Brian has every right to tell Sarah that the song belongs to him because he's the one that copyright the poem and IT WAS A GIFT! She has no right to call him and demand royalties.  Plus, she didn't go throw the process of making it to a song. She wasn't there when he was creating the album either. So Sarah, tough it out because you  are not gonna see none of the cash.
